Product quality and consistency is what we pride ourselves on.

With a team of qualified analysts working round the clock at each mill, we ensure that every batch of flour meets the quality standards that our customers deserve.

Onsite laboratory facilities provide the latest technology to test grain quality parameters such as protein, gluten and moisture as well as a stringent regime of detecting contaminants and chemical residues.

Throughout the production, packing and transport process there is a cycle of testing and inspection by trained and accredited quality control technicians. We understand the need for consistency in quality and performance.

From our technicians, to our millers and centralised commodity procurement team, we seek to source wheat that we can process to the most consistent flour. Underpinning all of this is Interflour’s accreditation under globally recognised food safety systems ISO, HACCP and GMP as well as Halal certification.
