The Interflour Group was established in 2005 with the acquisition of five flour mills in Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. Since then the business has doubled the number of facilities, diversified into malt production and extended itself along the supply chain into grain storage and port services, trading and baking enhancement products.

Along with providing a high-level of customer service, Interflour’s specialists work with their customers to ensure the latest research and developments in the milling, baking and malting industries is shared.

Flour Production

With capacity to produce over 7,000 tons of wheat flour daily for institutional buyers, medium sized distributors and retail consumers across Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and the Philippines, Interflour is a leading flour miller in the Southeast Asian region.

It runs 10 flour mills, nine in Southeast Asia and one in Turkey.

Interflour’s bulk buying expertise, quality control facilities and attention to detail in wheat procurement, guarantees that only high quality and the most suitable grain is purchased. To ensure this, the Interflour Group's head office in Singapore coordinates grain purchases and shipping logistics from sources around the globe.

Malt production

The business has recently expanded to include the production of malt through its Intermalt facility in southern Vietnam, with the capacity to produce 110,000 tons of malt a year.

Diversification along the supply chain

To ensure it can provide a consistent product to its customers on time and at the best price, Interflour has investment in supply chain infrastructure and value add services including a grain storage and port facility in Vietnam, a grain trading business in Vietnam and baking ingredient enhancement product range in Malaysia.
